Jordyn Toole is an HR Sr. Specialist in Benefits at JCPenney since November 2021, responsible for designing benefits plans, managing retirement plans, and ensuring efficient program processes by fostering strong relationships with vendors. Prior to JCPenney, Jordyn worked at American State Bank - Texas from October 2019 to November 2021, holding the roles of Human Resources Generalist and Account Specialist. Jordyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, graduating Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Tyler.
