Kate Crassweller is a seasoned fashion industry professional with extensive experience in design and brand partnerships. Currently serving as Senior Director of Trend and Brand Partnerships at JCPenney since December 2019, Kate previously held roles as Trend Director and Creative Consultant focusing on contemporary women's apparel. Prior experience includes a consulting position as VP of Concept at Gap Inc., overseeing various categories, and a long tenure at Calvin Klein, where Kate held titles including Vice President of Women's Design. Early career experience includes roles at Gap Inc./Banana Republic as an Assistant Designer. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion from Kingston University.
