Rick Musil

Rick Musil, MBA, is an experienced logistics and transportation executive with a diverse background spanning several prominent companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Logistics, Transportation, and E-Commerce at JCPenney since August 2018, Rick has a proven track record in managing complex supply chain operations, including 3PL cross dock activities and domestic inbound logistics. Prior to JCPenney, Rick held leadership positions at NFI, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, RB, Pactiv, LLC, Jarden Consumer Solutions, and General Mills, demonstrating expertise in maintaining client relationships, optimizing transportation strategies, and directing large teams and substantial budgets. Rick holds an MBA from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Illinois State University.
