Carol Fletcher

Carol Fletcher has over 25 years of experience in research and project management. Carol started their career at AFFINA as a Project Manager from 1991 to 1997. Carol then worked at Market Strategies as a Research Director from 1997 to 2004. Currently, they hold the position of Research Director at J.D. Power since 2006. Carol has held various roles at J.D. Power including Senior Research Manager and Research Director. In their current role, they manage the Global Research Operations for Contact Center Certification and leads the design and authoring of research reports. Carol is also responsible for program management for two of J.D. Power and Associates Certification programs.

Carol Fletcher obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration from Alma College, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Later, from 1996 to 1998, Carol pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Management at the University of Phoenix.
