Joshua Solomon has a diverse work experience history. Joshua began their career in 2006 as a Manager at Great Lakes Tent Co, where they worked until 2011. In 2011, they joined the American Marketing Association at Oakland University as the Director of Social Media, and also worked as a Marketing Intern at the American Lung Association during the same year. Joshua then moved on to J.D. Power, where they held various roles such as Research Intern, Research Associate, Account Analyst, Account Supervisor, Account Manager, and ultimately became a Strategic Account Director. Throughout their time at J.D. Power, they were responsible for client service to key accounts such as BMW North America, Jaguar Land Rover, and Volvo Car Corporation. Joshua received recognition for their work at J.D. Power, including being the recipient of the company's Presidents Club Award in 2017.

Joshua Solomon attended Oakland University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.
