Kathleen Rizk has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Kathleen began their career at Ford Motor Company, where they held various marketing and finance positions from 1988 to 1993. Kathleen then joined J.D. Power as a Senior Analyst in 1993 and later transitioned to Autofacts, Inc. as the Director of Worldwide Automotive Research and Analysis in 1994. Kathleen returned to J.D. Power in 1995 and served as the President of The Planning Edge until 2014. In their role as President, they had overall responsibility for the company. Kathleen then took on various leadership positions at J.D. Power, including Director of Global Automotive Product & Technology Advisory Services from 2014 to 2017 and Senior Director of Global Automotive Product & Technology Advisory Services from 2017 to 2022. In their most recent role at J.D. Power, Kathleen was the Senior Director of User Experience Benchmarking and Technology, where they focused on improving in-vehicle technology user experience through data-driven analytics.
Kathleen Rizk pursued their education in business administration, specializing in marketing. Kathleen obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Central Michigan University in 1985. Later on, they went on to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Wayne State University in 1988.
