Lisa Nguyen has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Intern at Global Research Operations, where they worked from March 2016 to April 2017. Lisa then joined J.D. Power as a Research Associate in CX Solutions from May 2017 to April 2020, and later advanced to the position of Senior Research Associate in the same department from April 2020 to November 2021.
