Nathan Wilton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2006, they began their career at Scotiabank as a Business Analyst. Nathan then moved on to DRN Commerce in 2009, where they worked as a Business Analyst until 2010. Nathan then co-founded Lutexia, Inc in 2009 and worked as a Co-Founder and Developer until 2012. In 2010, they joined Manulife Bank of Canada as an Intermediate Business Analyst, a position they held until 2013. In the same year, Nathan started working at Sun Life Financial as a Business Systems Consultant, specializing in software solutions within the actuarial domain. Since 2013, they have been with J.D. Power, initially serving as a Solutions Analyst, where they managed a team of 5 analysts and was part of the business unit leadership team. Nathan then progressed to the role of Solutions Team Lead and later became a Project Director. Currently, Nathan holds the position of Delivery Director, overseeing the delivery of software projects across multiple teams, customers, and technologies, including profit and loss management for designated OEM accounts. Additionally, they are the delivery leader for J.D. Power's B2C business.
Nathan Wilton completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Windsor from 1998 to 2002. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified Business Analysis Professional from the International Institute of Business Analysis in December 2012.
