Tony Salerno

Tony Salerno has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 2002, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Saleen, where they played a crucial role in negotiating a contract between Saleen and Ford for the assembly of the Ford GT sports car. In 2004, they joined Jaguar Land Rover as a Compliance Team Leader for North America. Tony then moved to Ford Motor Company, where they held various positions including Compliance Team Leader for Jaguar & Land Rover North America and North American Business Operations Controller for Aston Martin. During this time, they successfully directed the financial growth of Aston Martin North America and completed an MBA at USC Marshall School of Business sponsored by Ford. In 2007, they transitioned to consultancy, working as the Managing Director in Business Development & Business Advisory Services at Lyndon Group. Tony specialized in senior level financial, operational, and strategic engagements across multiple industries. In 2014, they became a Senior Advisor at Callaway Carbon, Inc. and in 2015, they started working as a Senior Advisor at IVI Vision and became an Advisory Board Member at Callaway Cars Inc. Tony also founded their own company, Salerno & Associates, LLC, where they served as the Managing Partner. Lastly, in 2016, Tony joined J.D. Power, first as the Director in Automotive Analytics & Advisory, then as Senior Director, and later as the Practice Leader in Automotive Analytics & Advisory. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Business Development in the Auto Analytics & Advisory department, as well as being a member of the ALG Residual Value Committee.

Tony Salerno has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Wilkes University with a double major in Finance and Accounting. Tony also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from USC Marshall School of Business.
