John de Swardt

John de Swardt is currently the Plant Manager at JD Sweid Foods since 2006. Prior to this role, John worked as a Manufacturing Manager at Transcontinental from 2003 to 2006. Before that, John was the Logistics Director at Nampak from 1998 to 2003. John holds an MBA in Strategy from Henley Business School, a BComm in Labour Relations and Marketing from the University of South Africa, and a degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Training, and Labour Relations from the Institute of Personnel Management.
