David Scholten

David Scholten has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. David began their career in 1998 as a General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings. In 2018, they moved to Hollywood Gaming Mahoning Valley Race Course as a Food and Beverage Manager. In 2020, they were appointed General Manager at JDK Management Company.
