Ryan Troup, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources. Ryan began their career in 2010 as Training and Development Coordinator at Service 1st Federal Credit Union, where they were responsible for the development, communication, implementation, facilitation, administration and maintenance of the credit union’s training programs. In 2013, they moved to Evangelical Community Hospital as a Human Resources Generalist. In 2014, they were appointed Director of Human Resources at JDK Management Company, LP, where they provided daily leadership to an HR team in support of over 3,000 employees. In this role, they were a leadership and strategic partner for multiple corporate divisions, responsible for talent acquisition, employee/labor relations, performance management, compliance, employee safety/worker's compensation, and benefits/compensation.
Ryan Troup has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Economics from Susquehanna University, which they obtained between 2005 and 2009. Ryan then went on to earn a Masters Certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University between 2010 and 2012. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI for Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and from SHRM for Society for Human Resource Management - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
