James Ward is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in food development and innovation. Currently serving as a Business Development Chef at JDM Food Group Ltd since March 2021, James previously held the positions of Development Chef and Innovation Kitchen Assistant at Quorn Foods from August 2017 to December 2020. Prior to that, James honed skills as Chef De Partie at The Supreme Inn & The Poachers Country Hotel from August 2014 to August 2017, and began the culinary career as a Kitchen Assistant at Archie Hardwicks Café from March 2011 to August 2014.
