Kristian Smith

Kristian Smith, P. Eng. is an experienced project engineer with a strong background in engineering and management, currently working at JDS Energy & Mining Inc. since April 2017, focusing on project management in the mining industry. Kristian previously held project engineering roles at Ancam Solutions Company Ltd. from January 2012 to April 2017, and was involved in customer service and project coordination across various industries. Prior to that, Kristian served as a test engineer at Rotomaster, managing automotive turbocharger performance analysis, and as a structural/mechanical designer at Field Aviation, utilizing CAD software for engineering drawings and proposals. Kristian earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ottawa, complemented by education from Accenture, National Instruments in Richmond, British Columbia, and SAIT Polytechnic in Calgary.
