Andrew Ellerhorst has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Andrew is currently the President & CEO of JDXpert, an HR software company focused on job description automation and management. Prior to this, Andrew founded and served as the Managing Partner of KeelBoat Capital LLC. Andrew also holds an MBA degree from the Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business, where they specialized in Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition. During their time at Carnegie Mellon, they were a James R. Swartz Entrepreneurial Fellow and held leadership positions in various clubs. Before pursuing their MBA, Andrew worked at Generational Transfer Entrepreneurs, LLC as an MBA Search Manager, where they managed a team and led the analysis of potential business acquisitions. Andrew also had a significant tenure at GE Lighting, where they served as an Associate Product Manager and later as a Lead LED NPI Analyst. Andrew began their career at GE as an Associate I in the Corporate Audit Staff, gaining experience in operational consulting and financial audit capacities. Andrew also completed the Financial Management Program at GE, a two-year rotational program providing comprehensive financial support to the business.
Andrew Ellerhorst began their education at Boston College from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Management and Philosophy. Andrew then pursued further education at Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business from 2016 to 2018, completing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Marketing.
