Cindy Kirtley

Cindy Kirtley currently serves as Benefits Director at JE Dunn Construction, a position held since June 2018. Previously, Cindy was the Director of Employee Benefits, Health and Wellness at Smithfield Foods, Inc., from June 2009 to June 2018, where responsibilities included managing health and welfare benefit plans, overseeing a self-funded health plan, ensuring compliance with PPACA, and leading company-wide wellness initiatives. Prior experience includes working as an Account Manager at Standard Insurance Co. from May 2002 to January 2009. Cindy holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Rockhurst University, obtained between 2015 and 2017.
