Zoraya Rowlands

Zoraya Rowlands serves as the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Director at JE Dunn Construction, where Zoraya has been instrumental in advancing initiatives that foster an inclusive culture aligned with the company's strategic priorities. Prior experience includes a tenure at Port KC as Vice President of Operations and interim President & CEO, where Zoraya managed programs and budgets to promote economic growth. Earlier roles encompass underwriting at PNC, procurement management at ANA Trading Corp., and project management at Hope Community, Inc. Zoraya holds an MBA from Baker University and a BA from The City College of New York.
