Taisha L. Nurse

Taisha L. Nurse serves as the Global Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at McDermott International, Ltd since June 2013, where responsibilities include shaping global diversity initiatives and measuring their effectiveness across more than 23 countries. Previous roles at McDermott included Senior Manager for Centres of Excellence and Manager for Global Mobility, among others, focusing on HR integration and strategic initiatives during significant mergers. Prior experience includes leadership roles in Total Reward and Benefits at LIME and various HR functions at Morgan Stanley, alongside consultancy work in HR project management. Taisha holds a Master's in Human Resources Management from the University of Westminster, a Professional Certified Coach designation from Erickson College, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Randolph College.
