Joey Pazzalia

Joey Pazzalia, PE, PMP, MBA, DPA, serves as the Director of Preventative Maintenance and Telecommunications Services at JEA since 2019, overseeing diverse groups including Substation, Protection & Controls, and Vegetation Management. Pazzalia's previous roles at JEA included Manager of Transmission and Distribution Preventive Maintenance and Electric Systems Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed maintenance operations of high-voltage transmission lines and relay operations, as well as project management and compliance tasks. Prior experience as an Electrical Engineer at Fred Wilson and Associates involved design engineering for substations and distribution systems. Joey Pazzalia holds a Doctorate in Public Administration from West Chester University, an MBA from Jacksonville University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Florida.
