Kim Wheeler

Kim Wheeler is the Vice President Operations Support at JEA, overseeing systems and processes for Electric, Water, and Wastewater operations. Previously, Kim held roles such as Director, Preventive Maintenance and Contract Management, Manager of T & D Preventative Maintenance, Account Executive, Professional Engineer in Operations, and Distribution Engineer. Kim also participated in Leadership Jacksonville in the Class of 2008. Prior to JEA, Kim worked at FMPA as an Operations Engineer and at Gainesville Regional Utilities as a Co-Op Transmission Planner. Kim graduated from the University of Florida with a BSEE in Electrical Engineering.
