Susan Pokorny

Susan Pokorny is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and marketing. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Solutions at JEA since October 2018, Susan leads the Water Conservation and Energy Efficiency Demand Supply Management Program. Previously, Susan held the position of Associate Program Manager, overseeing the IoT aspect of a pricing pilot program. At ADAPCO, an Azelis company, Susan worked as Technology Manager before a lengthy tenure at CSX, where roles included Director of Marketing, Director of Customer Development, Director of Inside Sales & Commercial Leadership Development Program, and Director of Sales. Throughout these positions, Susan demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, customer satisfaction, and sales management with significant revenue responsibilities. Susan holds an MBA in Marketing from The University of Akron and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University.
