William Kirk

William Kirk, P.G., GISP has extensive experience in GIS analysis and management. William currently serves as the Manager of Enterprise GIS Systems at JEA, overseeing GIS systems for the Water/Wastewater business. Prior to this, William worked in various roles at companies such as Heery International and Greenhorne & O'Mara, Inc. William has a background in geology and geography from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
