Radhika Parmar

Radhika Parmar has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a Human Resources Intern at Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited. Radhika then interned at General Motors India Limited in 2013 before moving on to a summer internship at Styrolution ABS (India) Ltd. In 2015, Radhika joined COLLABERA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED as a Team Lead HR Operations and stayed with the company until 2021. Currently, they are working at Jeavio, where they started as a Talent Acquisition Associate in February 2021 and later promoted to the role of Talent Acquisition Executive in March 2022.

Radhika Parmar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, completing their studies between 2010 and 2013. Before that, they attended Navrachana Higher Secondary School until 2010. Subsequently, Radhika pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, graduating in 2015.
