Nicole S. Dotson, MBA, has extensive experience in operations and management within the hospitality and service industries. Currently serving as an Associate of Operations at JECohen Holdings, LLC since October 2019, Nicole previously owned and managed Rubyz Avenue Bar & Eatz from January 2011 to September 2021. During this time, Nicole inherited the business and was responsible for various roles, including Operations Manager and Human Resources at Avenue Bar and Restaurant from December 2007 to October 2019. Earlier career highlights include working as a Data Conversion Specialist at Strategic Technology Institute Inc. and serving as a Performance Management Analyst at Hancock and Whitney Bank.
