Niti Sapna

Niti Sapna serves as the Associate Director of Operations at Regalix since April 2017, leading a team of over 800 members and managing P&L for the UMM Sales & Account Management program for Google across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. Niti possesses extensive experience in operations management, having held positions at GENPACT, IBM Global Process Services, Honeywell India International, Techovate India, and Convergys India Pvt Ltd. Notable achievements include receiving the Leadership Excellence Award for three consecutive years from 2019 to 2021. Niti holds an MBA with honors from The ICFAI University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Delhi University.
