Kerri Smith Nickerson

Kerri Smith Nickerson, LCSW, MPH, serves as the Director of Resource Evaluation & Curation at The Jed Foundation, providing strategic oversight for resource curation in mental health and suicide prevention for educational institutions. Previously, Kerri held multiple roles at the American Institutes for Research, including Product Line Lead and Project Director, where the focus was on integrated primary prevention and suicide prevention technical assistance. Kerri's extensive experience in suicide prevention is further underscored by leadership roles at the Suicide Prevention Resource Center, overseeing various initiatives and providing training to state agencies and organizations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health and a Master of Social Work from Boston University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Anthropology from the same institution.
