Jedlix is the leading smart charging service provider in Europe. To accelerate our international expansion, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager. As a Customer Success Manager your work will directly impact how some of the world’s leading organizations leverage Jedlix software platform to enable smart charging services at scale. Jedlix operates on the intersection of e-mobility and energy, and this is where our target customer can be found: utilities, automotive and charge point operators. The role is based in Rotterdam and has a focus on further developing our presence in the European market. The ideal candidate is passionate about cleantech, structured and highly values customer satisfaction. 🌍

🔋 Responsibilities include:

  • Be the first point of contact for our existing and new B2B customers and ensure a positive onboarding experience. This includes supporting implementation of new projects and features.

  • Managing a designated portfolio of clients as well as supporting activities on larger scale strategic programs.

  • Establishing a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and driving continued value of Jedlix’s products and services during the entire customer journey.

  • Succeed in renewing agreements, upsell/cross-sell new or additional services and reducing churn in line to accomplish our company growth objectives.

  • Frequently collect and analyze customer feedback to identify specific customer needs and potential challenges in time, and proactively undertake actions internally to involve the relevant internal teams.

🚀 What you will bring:

  • Tech-savvy, data driven and structured. A master’s degree in an appropriate field like Business Administration, Engineering, Management Information Systems or Information Technology is preferred.

  • 2-3 years of experience in commercial project management or customer success.

  • Good communicator with structured organized mind.

  • Good analytical skills and experience with analytical tooling (e.g. SQL, PowerBI, Excel)

  • Have a competitive edge and thrive in a fast-paced team environment

  • Understanding of e-mobility and energy industry

  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in French, German or Dutch is a plus
