As the CCO of Jedox, Dr. Christoph Streng leads the Customer Success Center of Excellence and Consulting. His primary focus is to advance the results process between global customers and the business partner relationship. With more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Dr. Streng has anextensive background supporting customer and partner needs in the rapidly growing SaaS and cloud ecosystem. Prior to joining Jedox, the doctorate in Physics held roles as Managing Partner and Managing Director with international consulting companies at Ayming and BravoSolution, a SaaS provider. Under his leadership, the strategic focus on increasing customer service value across the range of services provided key contributions to the firms’ success.
