Marius Davidoiu

Marius Davidoiu has extensive work experience in the field of cloud operations and support. Marius started their career in 2008 as a 1st Level Support Engineer at CGS. Marius then moved to Ericsson in 2009, where they held various roles including 1st Level Provisioning Engineer, 1st level Assurance BSS Team Leader, Cloud Systems Team Leader, and Cloud Operations Manager. In these roles, they managed teams, ensured contractual KPI fulfillment, and focused on customer satisfaction. In 2016, they joined Jedox as the Head of Cloud Operations and Global Support, where they lead a team of engineers and oversees the daily operations of Cloud Services. Marius liaises with leadership, sets strategic goals, and ensures smooth progress of the business.

Marius Davidoiu completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest from 2004 to 2009. Marius then pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science at the same university from 2009 to 2011.
