Raphael Holubarsch has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Raphael started their career as a Preclinical Research Intern at Dr. Willmar Schwabe GmbH in 2010. In 2014, they worked as a Finance Intern at Novartis before transitioning to the role of Global TechOps Business Planner and Analyst at Novartis in 2015. Moving on, in 2016, Raphael joined Kurmann Partners AG as an Analyst, where they specialized in M&A advisory and strategy consulting. Raphael later advanced to the position of Senior Analyst and Transaction Manager at the same company. In 2018, they became a Co-founder at opto biolabs. Currently, Raphael is associated with Jedox, where they started as a Strategic CEO Assistant in 2019 and is currently serving as the Head of Strategic Projects since July 2021.
Raphael Holubarsch completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Molecular Biotechnology at Heidelberg University from 2008 to 2011. Raphael pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in TUM-WIN Management with a focus on Finance & Accounting from the Technical University of Munich between 2012 and 2015. Additionally, they spent an academic year abroad at the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business in 2011, studying Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Business Administration.
