Ray Otero

Ray Otero has a strong background in engineering and project management. Ray began their career as a Project Manager at Process Construction, Inc. in 1999, where they successfully led various projects until 2006. Ray then joined Engineering Excellence as a Senior Project Manager for three years. In 2009, Ray moved to Jedson CM as a Senior Construction Manager and held this role until 2012. Ray then transitioned to Jedson Engineering, where they currently serve as the Corporate Piping Department Lead. Ray Otero's work experience spans over 20 years in various leadership positions within the engineering and construction industry.

Ray Otero attended the University of Kentucky from 1982 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
