Tonya Holmes, PE

Tonya Holmes, PE has over 30 years of experience in the field of engineering. Tonya currently works as a Project Manager and Senior Process Engineer at Jedson Engineering since July 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Project Manager at Hargrove Engineers + Constructors from March 2018 to July 2020. Tonya also worked as a Project Engineer and Senior Process Engineer at Franklin Engineering Group Inc. from December 2016 to January 2018.

Starting their career in 1987 as a Process Engineer at Tate & Lyle, Tonya has held various roles in prestigious companies like Lauren Engineers & Constructors, Jacobs Engineering, and Lambert Engineers, Inc. Tonya has extensive experience managing multi-discipline engineering projects, developing project proposals, and working with clients to define project scope.

Their expertise includes value engineering, project scheduling, cost tracking, and managing change on projects. Tonya has led process engineering on large capital projects, designed process engineering documentation, and performed various process calculations. Tonya has also led Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) and developed OSHA 1910.119 documents and management of change procedures.

Tonya Holmes, PE holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Tonya also possesses additional certifications including an Inactive DOE Q and NRC U Clearance and a Professional Engineer certification from the Board of Architectural and Engineering Examiners.
