Chelsea Lai

Chelsea Lai, CFA has diverse work experience in financial and banking sectors. Starting in 2011, they worked as an Associate Investment Advisor at RBC Dominion Securities until 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they served as a Commercial Account Manager at RBC, specifically focused on Knowledge Based Industries and Business Services. Following this, from 2017 to 2020, they held the position of Director & National Lead of Technology and Innovation Banking at Roynat Capital, where they facilitated the growth of Canadian tech entrepreneurs through customized debt structures. Most recently, they joined Jeeves in April 2022 as the Strategic Initiatives Operations Lead, contributing to the development of an all-in-one expense management platform for businesses worldwide.

Chelsea Lai, CFA, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Calgary, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. Chelsea later pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Energy Management from the same university, completing it from 2008 to 2010. Chelsea is also a CFA Charterholder, having obtained their certification from the CFA Institute in 2016.
