Jennifer Zils has over 20 years of experience in operations and process management. Jennifer began their career as a Collections/Skip Tracing Leader at GE Capital in 1997, where they implemented better processes and best practices to improve location effectiveness. In 2004, they were promoted to Senior Manager, Call Center Solutions, where they led a team of 24 employees and managed a budget of ~$2M. Jennifer improved the bottom line by implementing new sales capabilities and technologies, generating a new revenue of $25MM. In 2013, they became a Family Wellness Health Coach, providing health and wellness consulting services to individual families, female entrepreneurs and nonprofit organizations. In 2018, Jennifer took on the role of Operations Manager at Extimata, Inc., where they established key financial goals, drove improved operational standards/structures, and organized major multi-media events. In 2019, they joined JeffWalker.com as Chief Operations Officer. After reorganizing the five-person Customer Support team, streamlining operational processes, and establishing a positive and more collaborative working environment in their first six months with the company, they were asked to take on responsibility for the program delivery organization of 6 people. Over the past 18 months, Jennifer rebuilt the Program Delivery organization, clearly defined roles/responsibilities, doubled the size of the team, increased their capacity to coach new members, and significantly improved the quality of their training delivery and content.

Jennifer Zils obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from Kent State University between 1992 and 1997. In 2006, they completed a Management Development Program from GE Capital. In 2014, they received a Health Coach Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
