Héctor Gálvez

Héctor Gálvez has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Héctor started their career in 1999 at ArkHouse, where they developed and supervised social re-insertion programs for homeless youth. Héctor then worked at Suministros Valls as a Sales Administrative and Customer Service representative, where they provided outstanding customer service and technical assistance to professionals in different trades.

In 2007, Gálvez joined Cerámicas Aparici as a Customer Assistance and On Desk Sales Representative. Héctor excelled at providing customer service to international agents and customers in multiple export zones. Héctor also handled the preparation of export and shipping documents.

After that, Gálvez worked at Halcón Ceramicas as an Export Area Manager. Héctor led sales operations for over 15 countries, including the entire American continent and Caribbean Islands. Héctor also developed accurate monthly sales forecasts to assist in key budget, production, and sales strategies.

In 2014, Gálvez became the Export Director at Logistic Stones, S.L., where they were responsible for business and administrative operations. Héctor successfully increased market share in international markets and introduced new international distributors.

From 2015 to 2016, Gálvez worked at Niro Ceramic Group as an Export Area Manager. Héctor defined sales strategies, coordinated sales, provided market support to the sales team, and strengthened networks with international distributors. Héctor also expanded the company's contact base through well-planned trade shows and special events.

Currently, Gálvez is working at Mr Jeff as an Expansion Executive, focusing on Latin America, South East Asia, South Africa, and Kenya. Héctor is responsible for implementing market strategies and remote sales of the company's franchises. Héctor was initially part of the expansion team in South East Asia and has now become a senior member of the African teams.

From 1997 to 1999, Héctor Gálvez pursued a Bachelor of Arts - BS degree in Social Work at San Francisco State University.
