Lilián Santos González

Lilián Santos González has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. From 1995 to 1997, they worked as an Asesor Comercial at Direct Service, a subsidiary of RACC, where they provided sales and post-sales support for insurance products. From 1998 to 2000, they continued in a similar role at RACC, focusing on customer service, sales, and claims processing. From 2000 to 2002, they held the role of Soporte Operativo, where they were responsible for computerizing the network of franchised offices and providing training on company products and systems. From 2002 to 2011, they held multiple roles at RACC, including Controller Regional Operaciones Comerciales, Responsable y Controller Operaciones Comerciales, and Adjunto a Dirección. In these roles, they were involved in business analysis, monitoring and reporting, investment proposals, and operational support. Lilián Santos González completed a Diplomatura degree in Administración y gestión de empresas, general and another in Ciencias Empresariales from the University of Valencia. Lilián attended the university from 1991 to 1995.
