Brendan Kavanaugh

Brendan Kavanaugh currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Jeffco Public Schools in Colorado. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Manager at Archer, where the focus was on recruiting for the aerospace industry, and Senior Technical Recruiter at Boom Supersonic, contributing to the development of the first independently developed supersonic jet. Brendan's experience also encompasses talent strategy at Sierra Nevada Corporation, where efforts were directed at supporting the Dream Chaser program, as well as positions at Global Technology Resources, ANPI, DaVita, Cbeyond, Sales Partnerships, Inc., and Aerotek Engineering. Brendan holds a BA in Speech Communications from Colorado State University and various certifications in behavioral interviewing and personality assessment.
