Rachel Licht

Rachel (Elyachar) Licht currently serves as COO of Global TMT investment banking at Jefferies, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Rachel was with JPMorgan Chase & Co. from September 2019 to June 2023, holding roles as CFO/COO of NA IB Coverage and COO of CIB Operational Risk. From 2007 to 2013, Rachel contributed as Vice President - IB Coverage Business Manager and worked as an Associate in Corporate Finance Analytics and Investment Banking Analyst within the Financial Institutions Group. Earlier experience includes a role as Associate at CRA International, where econometric analysis supported expert testimony in legal cases. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematical Economics from Colgate University in 2005.
