Tom Potter

Tom Potter has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Tom started their career at Carter & Potter, P.C. in 2002 as an Attorney and Partner, where they worked until July 2012. In 2013, they joined Liberty Acquisitions Servicing, LLC as the Deputy General Counsel and In House Counsel, serving in this role until December 2014. Tom then moved on to work at Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC as the Managing Counsel, a position they currently hold.

Tom Potter's education history begins in 1995 when they enrolled at the University of Oregon. Tom completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism in 1999. After that, from 1999 to 2002, Tom attended the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, where they earned their Doctor of Law degree (JD) specializing in Law.
