Cynthia DuFauchard, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within human resources. Currently serving as a Senior HR Generalist and HRIS Specialist at Jefferson Center for Mental Health since August 2015, Cynthia has previously held significant positions including Director of Human Resources at Provident Healthcare and Human Resources Consultant at Paychex, Inc.
