Martin MacKes

Martin Mackes is the Chief Delivery Officer at Jefferson Consulting Group, where Martin leads a talented team delivering exceptional results to Federal Government clients. Martin also serves as the Chairman for the Homeland Security & Defense Business Council and is a Board Member for the same organization. Additionally, Martin was previously the Chief Delivery Officer at Avantus Federal and E3 Federal Solutions. Martin has a background in engineering, physics, and math from Old Dominion University and has held various leadership roles in organizations focused on government support and IT services.
