Michelle Straughn

Michelle Straughn is the Senior Vice President at Jefferson Consulting Group, where Michelle leads the Infrastructure and Natural Resources Portfolio. Michelle is also the President of Innovative Consulting LLC, a woman-owned small business that focuses on providing cost and performance consulting solutions. Michelle has a strong background in strategic planning, operations, technology, and assessment from their previous roles at University of Maryland and Grant Thornton LLP. Michelle holds a Master of Public Management degree in Public Sector Financial Management from University of Maryland.
