Chiara E. Morrow

Chiara E. Morrow serves as the Public Relations Coordinator and Assistant to the County Manager at Jefferson County Commission since June 2022, focusing on strategic planning and public relations to enhance the county's image. Chiara holds an adjunct position as a Speech Professor at Lawson State Community College and is a Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach with The John Maxwell Team. Previously, Chiara held various public relations roles with the City of Birmingham, where responsibilities included developing communication strategies, producing multimedia content for community engagement, and directing civic initiatives. Chiara's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Communications Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Queens University of Charlotte.
