Kimberly Robinson

Kimberly Robinson is an accomplished organizational development professional with extensive experience in training and human resources management. Currently serving as the Organizational Business Partner Manager for the Jefferson County Commission since September 2023, Kimberly previously held the role of Training & Organizational Development Advisor at the Personnel Board of Jefferson County from December 2015 to September 2023. Prior experience includes positions as a Corporate Trainer at Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc., and as Human Resources/Training Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Kimberly holds a Master of Education in Adult Education from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Information Sciences from The University of Alabama. Recognized for expertise in analyzing training needs, developing tailored programs, and enhancing organizational effectiveness, Kimberly is adept in utilizing various training methodologies to foster employee development across multiple sectors.
