Lakeasha Hargrove

Lakeasha Hargrove, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Training & Organizational Development Advisor for Jefferson County Commission since April 2024. Prior to this role, Lakeasha held the position of Human Resources Information System Analyst at Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc. -ONIN from March 2022 to April 2024 and was a Human Resources Professional at Jefferson County Commission from June 2006 to March 2021. Lakeasha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, earned from Samford University between 2011 and 2014, and continued education at Faulkner University from 2015 to 2016.
