Scott Garland has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a System Administrator for the Jefferson County Commission since 2015. Prior to this role, Scott worked as a Software Developer for the City of Birmingham from July 2009 to February 2015 and held positions as a Software Engineer and System Administrator at ADP from 1998 to 2008. Scott's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems from San Jacinto College and an additional Associate's degree in Applied Science from Bessemer State. Scott also pursued further education at Troy University from 2018 to 2023.
