Sophia Juzang

Sophia Juzang, MBA, has extensive experience in risk management and human resources. Currently serving as Risk Manager and previously as Risk Management Coordinator at Jefferson County Commission since September 2008, Sophia has also held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at Building & Earth Sciences, Inc. from October 2005 to September 2008. Additionally, Sophia contributed as a Past Member of NAAAHR between 2006 and 2008 and worked as a Human Resource Specialist at Infinity Technology, Inc. from November 1999 to May 2004. Sophia's career began at the City of Birmingham as a Community Resource Representative from September 1993 to April 1999. Sophia earned a BS/MBA in Marketing and Business Administration from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University, having completed studies there from 1983 to 1990.
