Dana Downs

Dana Downs, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in managing HR functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for Jefferson County, Missouri, since May 2020, Dana oversees a department serving over 600 employees and collaborates with Administration on policy development and employee relations initiatives. Prior to this role, Dana held the HR Manager position at Luxco, Inc., managing HR functions for four corporations, and the Human Resources Manager role at KnowledgeLake, where responsibilities included full life-cycle recruiting and employee relations. Dana's experience also includes operations support at The Newberry Group. Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Evangel University.
