Heather McCarron possesses a diverse range of experience in event management and coordination. Currently serving as Venue Manager and Event Designer at Jeffrey A. Miller Catering since July 2020, Heather previously held the role of Sales Manager at Falls Manor Catering and Events from April 2019 to July 2020. Prior to that, Heather worked as Assistant Manager/Planner at the Lake House Inn with Jeffrey Miller Catering Co. from June 2009 to April 2019. Earlier career experiences include working as a Scheduling Coordinator at Acts from May 2002 to January 2012 and as a Quality Manager at GFI Chemicals LLC/Delmarva Chemicals from September 1993 to April 2002. Heather began professional endeavors as a Senior Inventory Coordinator at Unitank/GATX Terminals Corporation from August 1988 to September 1993. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Saint Joseph's University, which was completed between 1984 and 1988.

Jeffrey A. Miller Catering started in 1980 as a brunch-in-bed school project by founder Jeff Miller, then a sophomore at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. While studying entrepreneurship during the school year, Jeff used his summers to train in some of the best kitchens in the world, working in New York, London, and a Michelin three-starred restaurant in the south of France. The creativity in presentation, emphasis on freshness, and attention to detail that made these restaurants great is what inspired Jeff to try to reinvent catering, abandoning an old style of boring, cookie-cutter banquet food in favor of vibrant culinary offerings with flavors from around the world. Although what started as a one-man band is today a thriving organization, this spirit of innovation continues to guide our kitchen and all aspects of the JAM experience. With over 500 weddings booked this year, Jeffrey Miller Catering has the honor of being the biggest and most upscale caterer in the Delaware Valley. Working in beautiful mansions, museums and arboretums Jeffrey A. Miller Catering has venues are all over the Philadelphia and its surrounding counties.
