Lesya Franco

Lesya Franco is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, staffing, and event management. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Jeffrey A. Miller Catering since January 2020, Lesya manages a team responsible for recruiting and onboarding over 800 part-time event waitstaff, and hiring for various specialized roles across multiple properties. Prior experience includes directing operations and sales at Mercato Ristorante and Bar, overseeing legal compliance, inventory, and customer relations, as well as working as an Event Coordinator at Terrain, where Lesya successfully planned and customized events. Additional experience includes serving as an Event Design Manager Specialist at QVC, coordinating events for product launches and on-air demonstrations. Lesya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and has completed training at the Jean Madeline Aveda Institute.
